There are wars worth fighting for in this world, meant to defend the righteous and serve true justice. As you prepare your armour and your horse for the journey, you believe you are setting off to join such a war. Your god supports the cause.

Your family is tearful as they say goodbye, watching as you place your Crusader Helmet upon your head before mounting your horse. With a wave you are on the road, their mournful faces behind you as you ride toward your devout purpose.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Crusader Helmet is an enclosed helmet designed to protect the head during combat. The helmet has a flat helm with a large faceplate detailed with rivets and rolled steel visor reinforcing 8 x 2 cm eye slits. Six large oval breathing holes below the eyes improve ventilation. Pair this helmet with a mail coif or padding for a historical look.

Secure the Crusader Helmet by tightening the leather strap beneath the chin, keeping the helmet in place. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Available in sizes Medium and Large.
